Miles J is correct about the controller, but further more:

DB table: user_details
Model class: UserDetail
Model name: UserDetail
Model file: user_detail.php
Controller class: UserDetailsController
Controller name: UserDetails
Controller class: user_details_controller.php

The only time you pluralize both words is in a HABTM table and its
alphabetical order  (eg. posts_tags).
