Martin, cricket Thanks for your help. The problem is solved. I made failures with the editor. I opened every file and choose "UTF-8 without BOM" and thought, that at this point, the file is UTF-8 converted. This is wrong. I have to open every file and use "Convert to UTF-8 without BOM". Sorry for such a mistake... :-(
