I have two CakePHP installations in separate folders. Each folder has its own core and application files. Both applications are the same application at separate stages of development, but use different databases. I plan to eventually merge them into the same repository.
The problem is that one installation works fine locally in WAMP Server, but the other one returns a blank page. There are no Apache, MySQL, or PHP errors that are logged, even in debug mode.
