I got it, it was a little piece of code in my app_model, i have a init
method where in which i transport session data to every model

function init ($user_ID, $mandant_ID, $use_contactpool = 0)
        {
                $this->user = $user_ID;
                $this->mandant = $mandant_ID;
        }
