Hi folks, i have problems running cakePHP on an XAMPP portable installation on an USB-Stick. Despite the setting in the database.php are correct it is not possible to connect to the MySQL database.
Error message: Cake is NOT able to connect to the database. But the database is definitly running properly . Any ideas?
