javascript helper is used in default.ctp. when "Missing Controller", javascript is not loaded. i thought pages controller is reading 404.ctp so i copied it from cake/lib to app/ controller and added Javascript helper but it didn't work. i turned on debug 2 and found the values passed to view from app_controller are also not set.
