Hi everybody I'm trying to get the sense out of the folder structure of the CakePHP package.
I understand that the cake folder contains the framework and I shouldn't change anything there. But then, why do I have a vendors and webroot directory in my root AND a vendors and webroot directory under app? Where should I place what?
