Unfortunately, it's a very rambling and slow video by someone whose accent makes him very difficult to understand. And the examples could have been better chosen to better illustrate the concepts. Not to mention that I had to turn my TV's volume up to its highest setting before I could hear the audio, ensuring that at the end of the screencast, Jamie Lee Curtis would scream at me at the top of her lungs asking why women like me like Activia.
