                            Banana Split Cake

  1            package  traditional brownie mix (19.5-ounce)
  3                     eggs
     1/2           cup  vegetable oil
     1/4           cup  water
                        topping
  1                cup  strawberry ice cream topping
  1              quart  vanilla ice cream -- slightly softened
  2                     bananas -- sliced 1/4" thick
  2               cups  hot fudge ice cream topping -- warmed
  1              quart  strawberry ice cream -- slightly softened
  1                can  crushed pineapple (8 ounces) -- well drained
                        Land O'Lakes Gourmet Heavy Whipping Cream -- whipped, 
if desired
                        Fisher Chef's Naturals chopped pecans -- if desired
                        maraschino cherries -- if desired

Prepare brownie according to package directions following recipe for cake-like 
brownies.  Bake as directed using 13 x 9-inch baking pan.   Cool completely.

Drizzle strawberry topping over top of cooled brownies.  Top with softened 
vanilla ice cream spreading until smooth; arrange bananas over ice cream.  
Drizzle with 1 cup hot fudge topping.  Cover; freezer until firm (6 hours or 
overnight).

Spread frozen dessert with strawberry ice cream; top with crushed pineapple.  
Cover; freezer until firm (6 hours or overnight).

To serve, drizzle with remaining hot fudge topping.  Garnish each serving with 
whipped cream, pecans and maraschino cherry, if desired.
