Peaches & Cream Cheesecake 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups plain flour 1 tsp. salt 1 cup milk 2 tsp. baking powder 2 small pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
Mix above ingredients together well and pour into a greased 13X9" pan. 1 16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained (reserve liquid) Pour drained peaches over mixture in pan. 2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 6 tbsp. peach juice 1 cup sugar Mix the last 3 ingredients together and pour over peaches.If desired may take 3 tsp. sugar and or cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yahoo!
