Cookies and Cream Cake 18 oz. white cake mix 20 Oreo cookies 8 oz. cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Crumble 14 Oreo cookies and add to cake mix. Pour into prepared 13x9 pan or two round cake pans. Bake as directed on cake mix box or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely. If making a round cake, cool for 10 minutes and remove cakes from pans. Whip cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping and beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake and crumble 5 to 6 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top for garnish. Store in refrigerator.
