I like to add a little more vanilla, especially if it's Mexican Vanilla, which is available at some stores. My preference is to use a non stick baking spray, which contains flour. I have a lot of cake recipes. If you could tell me, what kind it was (chocolate, spice, carrot, ect), I'll check my recipes. It was a layer cake with 5-6 layers. Does anyone have a good recipe for this cake? I looked them up on line and lots of different ones. I see some have cayne (so I can’t spell) pepper in them, Vinegar. Then some have neither of these items. Thanks Lynn ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
