Do Nothing Cake

A super moist cake that is so easy you practically have to do nothing to 
make it! This cake doesn't require any cooking oil or butter, except in 
the icing.


      Ingredients

All purpose flour - 2 Cup (16 tbs)
Granulated sugar - 2 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs - 2
Vanilla - 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - 1?2 Teaspoon
Crushed pineapple - 1 Can (10oz) (with juice)
Butter - 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For icing)
Sugar - 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For icing)
Evaporated milk - 2?3 Cup (16 tbs) (For icing)
Nuts - 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (For icing)
Coconut - 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (For icing)


      Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. For Icing -- keep a saucepan over gas stove.
3. Add in butter, sugar and evaporated milk.
4. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring 
occasionally.
5. Remove pan from the stove and add the nuts and coconut, stirring well 
to combine.
6. For cake -- In a large bowl mix flour, granulated sugar, eggs, 
vanilla, baking soda, salt and crushed pineapple with juice.
7. Stir all ingredients until well blended.
8. Spray a baking pan with cooking oil spray.

MAKING
9. Pour cake batter into prepared baking pan.
10. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FINALIZING
11. Pour icing over hot cake and spread. Let it cool for a few minutes.

SERVING
12. Slice the cake and serve in a plate.
