possibly 1. tc - 4.4.0-1 - Traffic control utility is what I have. kmod-sched-cake I installed.
it is nice to just say opkg update; opkg install babeld luci-ssl luci-app-sqm kmod-sched-cake and have a working openwrt system. I could certainly have jumped the gun on seeing the full, correct build, go out the door. :) I'll poll for the ar71xx update, 'cause I want to retire this last cerowrt box....
