#395: Calendar Server 1.0-1.3 versions

When trying to install Calendar Server 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 versions by
typing the command ./run, i get an error message saying "gzip: stdin: not
in gzip format" and can not continue installation. My OS is Ubuntu 7.10.
