Odd. Usually the default for memcached is 11211. In any case, if you want
to change the port you can do so via the caldavd.plist. Make sure you have
something like this:

<key>Memcached</key>
<dict>
<key>ServerEnabled</key>
<true/>
<key>ClientEnabled</key>
<true/>
<key>Port</key>
<integer>11211</integer>
<key>MaxClients</key>
<integer>5</integer>

<string>memcached</string>
<key>Options</key>
<array/>
</dict>
Change the Port value to whatever you need.
