It depends on how you installed 2.5. If you used our run script's -i or -I 
methods, you have probably already noticed that there is no 'uninstall' option 
provided by the run script. In this case, you would.... need to find all the 
files installed in this manner, then delete them. That is not an awesome 
answer, but it's also not different from any other random open source project 
in this respect.

If you installed using some package management or ports system, there should be 
an uninstallation method available. Check the package management / ports 
documentation.

If you are running out of an SVN checkout, just check out trunk to a unique 
path and play ball.
