You did earlier state that you wiped the database and started from
scratch on that machine - that ought to have given a completely clean
start so it is surprising this error is still seen.
One other thing - shut down the server and make sure when you do that that
all instances of the memcached server are shut down as well. Then restart
the calendar server. Sometimes the error you saw can happen if memcached is
left running but the database is reset.
