I'll follow up my own email with the solution.  :)

"server path" should be "/principals/users/raj/"

Basically, if you can go to that URL and see all of the calendar information, 
Collection Listing, Properties, then that's the exact URL to use when setting 
up.  I thought the system would append the username to the URL, but it doesn't.
