How many sites are there?  Are they part of the same OpenStack cloud, or
is each site a different OpenStack cloud?

OK, that sounds like what we'd expect, for communicating between sites.

So it sounds like you would like to use Calico to provide networking and
security between the containers on all of your CoreOS hosts.  Is that
correct?

I think we may be able to help with that - but please let me know your
answers to the questions above.
