This doesn't happen every time - but sometimes I get the error "The file was
only partially uploaded." in PHP when I attempt to POST the image via PhoneGap
API.
My code is the same as this link:

I"ve configured the PHP.INI file to accept large file sizes so it can't be
that. This happens very infrequently - but just want to see if anyone has had
this problem.
