+1 to what Jesse said, but I'll take it one step further: I don't think exitApp
is a good API addition. I believe that window.close() should do this, use
standard "web" approach whenever possible. Whether we want to monkey-patch
window.close() and whether it is possible within Cordova is the more important
question to answer, in my mind.
