Hey guys, I'm gonna put all the icons, logos, loading screens into a page as incubator.apache.org/cordova/artwork if that's cool. If I need to put special licensing information there aside from apache licensing version 2.0, let me know.
As for loading screens, can everyone list all sizes they need and whether the background needs to be transparent or not?
