Add autotest pages for specific APIs

Currently, the autotest section of mobile-spec dumps all of the QUnit tests for
the cordova API into a single page. As a result it can be tedious to run
through specific API tests when wanting to iterate quickly.
I propose to add a another sub-page under autotest giving the user the option
of running all the tests, or run specific API tests on a separate page.
A copy-paste job at most.
