I think the Dev should have to manually set this...the reason being is that if
the user navigates away from the app there is potentially no way to get back to
the app. If the dev lets the app run in the background the webView will remain
outside of the app until the user manually kills the app and restarts. This can
cause apps to get rejected. By having the Dev manually set this they take
responsibility for the issue whether they are aware of it or not.
