Marcos commented on CB-384:
---------------------------
I feel audio is a definitive use case for using a native app wrapper
(callback/phonegap) for html5 web apps. when building a web app using html5
audio (i.e. soundmanager2) audio will not background when the user changes
focus of the browser or the OS. i know the W3C working group are attempting to
address this (and many other html5 issues) with the browser manufactures, but
this single 'use case' alone could be a great poster child for the power of
callback/phonegap. my site www.audiovroom.com illustrates the limitations html5
audio present developers of web apps. thanks for posting this Steve Gill.
