Refactor the Accelerometer class to follow with the Geolocation rewrite sensor
API pattern.
* Add an array of callback IDs, and a hash of timer IDs -> callback IDs to
plugin members
* Change start and stop methods to private methods
* Add {{addWatch}} and {{clearWatch}} actions
