I just noticed that Phonegap V1.7 is missing the connections.cs file in the WP
folder, preventing it from building. However the bundle at
https://github.com/apache/incubator-cordova-wp7 builds find without that file,
so I wouldn't call it a bug.
It seems somehow the copy that was placed on phonegap.com had an incorrect
visual studio manifest. Lets check on this in the next release.
