Refactor the Accelerometer class to follow with the Geolocation rewrite sensor
API pattern.
* Add an array of callback IDs (for getCurrent calls) and a Dictionary of watch
IDs -> timer IDs
* Add addWatch and clearWatch actions
* Refactor class to use a single accelerometer listener that dispatches all
stored callback IDs - should be more efficient
