In custom build onCreate set flags:
super.setIntegerProperty("splashscreen", R.drawable.splash);
getWindow().clearFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FORCE_NOT_FULLSCREEN);
getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN,
WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);
after it call: super.loadUrl("file:///android_asset/www/index.html", 40000);
but splashscreen not show in fullscreen mode
Also, it is way to show splashscreen on android without set timing in loadUrl?
