Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: (was: 1.9.0)
Removing the create action from cordova-js would require a large refactor in
Android land. Additionally we are likely axing our Media API after 2.0. There
are other standards-based implementations that are partially supported on the
platforms we are interested in.
We should instead direct our efforts to polyfill those supported APIs.
