The current repo for wp7 requires that several libraries get built and packaged
into templates for every release.
Moving the project to be a single standalone application, without linkage to a
library dll means anyone can build their own template and releases will just be
source code.
This also makes things easier for dealing with other issues, including plugin
arch + marketplace detection of linked assemblies.
