Practically all of JSONKit is implemented in categories - about 35 category
functions. Changing them to have a prefix shouldn't affect Cordova code, but
will impact any plugins that use the Cordova JSONKit.
Add a doc issue related to this for the iOS Plugin Upgrade Guide
