We see that the scrolling is slow. We are in the Alibi Room using the app in
the Wild. The Browser is Hardware Accelerated. If you either add it to the
manifest or remove things like box shadow, rounded corners, gradients, alpha
transparencies or extra info that may be making this web view work.
CordovaWebView has next to zero control over how WebView renders on Android 4.1.
Can you send me your android manifest so I can take a look at it?
