I will recheck eclipse build (I faced such problems last time (a lot of
errors), but ten minutes fiddling with settings solved few hundred error
markers). At other hand - building with maven and installing with android debug
bridge have never been a problem.
And No, you can't achieve such behavior pointing android browser to my DropBox
URI, but you can download this bundle and create new cordova project, based on
it.
