Recently, a bug was discovered in Android that causes Ice Cream Sandwich apps
to crash when the orientation changes. This is not a bug with Apache Cordova,
but instead an issue with Android's SDK.
Regardless, [~bowserj] has solved this problem with an update to the
{{AndroidManifest.xml}}. The update will be included in the Apache Cordova
2.1.0 distribution, but that does not help 2.0.0 users.
Please add a documentation note to the Android Getting Started Guide on how to
update the {{AndroidManifest.xml}} to avoid this issue.
