Hi Andrew,
Usually I just check in an interim copy of the js to the repo so the tests
still run if someone wants to check out the edge (most don't know about
cordova-js being a separate repo). This brings up a separate discussion about
all the dependencies - we're slowly removing them but cordova-js is one of them
