Hi sorry, I could not comment on this as I was off on vacation. It does not
matter what version of PhoneGap you are using as it is actually a Samsung
problem. Samsung installs some crap ware that takes over the audio recording
intent. Sadly this piece of software never calls the onActivityResult method so
we never get the result of the audio recording. There is nothing we can do
about this and the work around is to use Media.startRecord(). Unfortunately
you'll need to provide your own UI.

I'm now going to mark this bug as resolved. Sorry we can't do anything else. It
bugs me as I have 3 Samsung devices myself.
