It's not the issue I linked, although we should probably clean up the logic
related to that bug. What we currently do is set connection: keep-alive headers
and then explicitly close the connection via disconnect(). Doesn't make any
sense to do this... but not related to this bug. :(
The upload a file test fails even when it is the only case being run (deleting
all others).
