Resolution: Won't Fix
Setting as won't-fix. We are now using a simplest-possible demo app that has
it's [own repository|] and ships with each platform implementation.
Sorry Libby. Appreciate the work you put into this, and could be something
other distributions (*cough*PhoneGap*cough*) would probably like, but for
Apache, it makes sense to have a single, cross-platform, tested, simple app as
a stepping stone for users.
