I'm currently setting up a Windows VM for Windows Phone / 8 development.
However, it wouldn't be ready to use today.
[~purplecabbage] can you please review the above commit and test if necessary.
I've modified 3 {{WMAppManifest.xml}} files using OS X (I hope the correct
line-endings were used). I've also modified the POST parameter of {{dir}} for
{{file.html}} in the example project. By the looks of it, this is just a fake
server but you may want to update your local test server, if you have one.
Feel free to close the issue if everything looks good.
