I picked up the circular JS change and re-ran mob-spec on two versions of Android. It looked good so I tagged it 2.1.0rc2 and pushed to master. I will do more detailed testing on Monday.
Remember at this point we should only be fixing critical bugs. Everything else can wait until the next release.
