On google groups there have been reported instances of geolocation constantly
timing out. [1][2]
So far with my own personal testing, I haven't seen geolocation failing unless
certain elements in the config.xml being set properly or some other javascript
thing.
However, it is possible the error is on our side so this ticket will track what
comes out of this.
