For Apache releases, we cannot bundle any .jar files with our source release.
Therefore we cannot check in any .jar files into our repository.
The file is ./incubator-cordova-android/bin/templates/cordova/appinfo.jar
Can you remove our dependency on it, or at least have it not checked into the
repo? Perhaps at runtime we can check if the jar doesn't exist and then build
the base .java file into the necessary jar.
