2.1.0 is a source release.
In order to 'install' a template, you will need to build the template.
Simply open templates\full\CordovaSolution.sln in Visual Studio and from the
file menu, choose 'Export Template'
I recommend you name the exported template with the version number so you
easily identify it. ie CordovaStarter-2.1.0
