I create a new project using the {{create}} command. I {{cd}} into the project 
and run {{./cordova/emulate}}. I get this prompt:

'/Users/fil/src/test/platforms/ios/cordova/../build/Hello_Cordova.app' is not 
built. Build? [y/n]:}}

Can we just remove this and build it right away instead of waiting for 
interactive input? Replying {{n}} just exits. Seems pretty useless.
