This issue's status is resolved, but it's definately not fixed yet.
It's the main reason preventing me from shipping an App for WP7.
I'd suggest re-opening this bug so it won't be forgotten.
Someone provided a fix/workaround:

Although it didn't fix the bug for me, it might be useful to mention it here.
