You have the moves correct, and I call it Flea Circus.  It's worth noting that;
 
A1. N1 allemande L 1 1/2, N2 balance, box the gnat
A2. N2 pull by R, N1 swing
 
is not as good, as the pull by R makes it harder for the gents to get their R 
hand in the correct swing position.  This is a rare example of a swap the flea 
being more useful than a box the gnat.
