Hi Jill, Does your Sennheiser headset have a non-standard connector (one that screws into the transmitter/receiver?) It's nice that mine stays plugged in, but it was a real pain when a wire broke in the cable and I had to do major surgery rather than simply replacing it with a standard connector.
