Hi, FYI: Kexi now supports use of libpqxx 4.x [1] in 2.8 and newer.I tested a few use cases and it works. This is mostly interesting for packagers previously disabled PostgreSQL plugin because of forced usage of obsolete, already rarely available libpqxx 3.x. If that was the case, please consider re-enabling the plugin for the final Calligra 2.8.
